Linens and Comforts

King Beds with pillow top covers await you in our 2 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has comfortable chairs that pullout out to single beds for little ones to be nearby. Our living room has a memory foam queen mattress along with 2 ottomons that pullout to single beds. Our villa sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children comfortably. We also have a toddlers blowup mattress and a travel crib for little ones.

We have Smart TVs, printer, Alexa and charging stations for your technology needs.

Views and Amenities

Enjoy your coffee or cocktail on our balcony with ocean views. Privacy curtains available on our end unit villa. Comfort seating and eat-out dining. Beach is only steps away to worship the sun or snorkel to view sea life, like our local Sea Turtles. A short walk away is one of the most desirable beaches on the island - Jolly Hall Beach.

We have a full kitchen with spices, coffee (and filters), tea, creamer and sugar.

You will find plenty of float devices for the resort pool or ocean, 2 paddle boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and coolers. The resort also has kayaks for your use, a gym, game room, changing rooms for early arrival or late departure, as well as, luggage holding at main lobby. There is a shuttle available to Georgetown if you don’t want to rental car.

Nearby Dining

Our resort offers one of the most popular restaurants on the island. Splash is casual with a cute bar with swings or dining inside and outside as you look out to Elizabeth Bay. They offer comfort food such as pizza, burgers and local cuisine with dine in or take out.

You can easily walk to Shirley’s Fish Fry and other dive bars offering local cuisine with entertainment on the weekends.

Georgetown has many eateries: Exuma Yacht Club, Island Boy, Peach and Plenty, Sandpiper Cafe,

Fine dining can be found at Blu, ‘North” at Grand Isle or Rusty Anchor.

Far South on Little Exuma you will find Tropic Breeze and Santanna’s,

Far North is Shoreline Beach Club, Cocoplum Bistro, Big D’s Conch Spot and Exuma Point Bar and Grille.

Tours and Siteseeing

There are many options to see the National Sea Park, Pig Island, Iguana Island, Thunderball Grotto, Bone Fishing and more!

Rent a car and take a day South to Tropic of Cancer beach stopping in at a variety of beaches along the way. Head North towards Cocoplum Beach, finding the marina, golf, larger resorts and a variety of beaches and bars.

You can rent boats to take your own tour in Elizabeth Bay, visit a variety of beaches, discover Moriah Bay National Park or have a Sunday pig roast at Chat ‘n’ Chill. If you don’t feel comfortable boating, there is a ferry or boat captains to hire.

Just want an easy day to relax? Walk out the front door of our Villa and head to the beach with snorkeling or a little long walk over to Jolly Hall beach enjoying the crystal waters of Exuma.
